Frequently Asked Questions

How is everything made?

Everything is lovingly made by real, organic, all natural life forms. Humans, usually. The risograph prints are made in Los Angeles by very talented artists. The prints are often trimmed, embossed, and signed by humans as well. The woven blankets are made with the help of some awesome humans in North Carolina.

Do you make custom work?

Yes! Not often advertised to keep requests at a reasonable rate, but you can always email us at hello@ultrafarout.com. Custom embellished prints are very popular gifts.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally you will receive your order in less than a week if you’re in the United States. Sometimes we run into holidays or other complications but nothing should take as long as two weeks.

If you do ever have any issues, just email us at hello@ultrafarout.com

Will 3I/Atlas affect my order?

While much is not yet known about 3I/Atlas and it’s current path through our solar system, we have workarounds for everything! To play it safe, make your orders before December just in case.

Are you affected by the tariffs?

Sort of! Everything we make is made in the USA so there aren’t any fees we have to pay but some of our equipment does come from overseas such as the risograph ink, the blank shirts we print on, and replacement parts for some machinery. Rising costs of goods affect everyone so our supplies have gone up a little but we aim to keep all our items as reasonably priced as possible.

I saw other items in person that aren’t online. What gives?

Because everything is handmade and in pretty low quantities, we can’t keep an online store stocked with the EXACT same things we sell in person or else we’ll run out of things to sell in person. We try to keep a fun variety available for both occasions. If you see something you like, grab it!

What is your refund policy?

Nobody regrets buying art! If you need a refund for some reason, just email us at hello@ultrafarout and we’ll figure something out.

The thing I really want is sold out! What can I do?

You can email us with the name or description of what sold out and we can let you know if there will be more in the future or not. Some things are made in limited supply by design and some things are one of a kind.
